DISCLAIMER: Please read the following payment terms carefully as these terms supersede any conflicting payment terms that may appear on VRBO, FlipKey, or any other website.
- A 3-night deposit is due at time of booking.
- Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
- There is a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit as long as it is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival.
- If the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, there is no refund unless the property can be re-rented.
- If the property can be re-rented, a pro-rated refund will be issued on the nights that are re-rented.
- Although a credit card may be used for your initial deposit, the balance must be paid in US funds by check, money order, or US debit card.

House Rules: This reservation is for quiet residential vacation accommodations only and the house rules at each property must be adhered to. Therefore, parties, receptions, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. No additional people beyond the maximum occupancy of the apartment are allowed on the rentalproperty at any one time.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM local time. Check-out is required by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. No late check-outs. If you are in the room after check-out time there will be a charge equal to one night’s rent plus tax. A late check out can be purchased at the time of booking only.
Keys/Lockout Policy: Your check-in instructions with either a key code or keyless entry code will be provided to you prior to your arrival. It is your responsibility to bring this information with you. In the event a guest is locked out of the unit during the rental period, the guest may call (313) 506-9735 for assistance and an agent will meet the guest at the unit. There will be a $25 charge for this service, and this is due at the time service is rendered. There will be a $20 charge for any lost keys.
Lost and Found Items: We are not responsible for lost items. Upon your departure, please thoroughly inspect your apartment, for any potential left behind items including electronics, chargers and clothing. Within 10 days these items can be shipped to you upon request. There will be a $20 service charge plus shipping charges. After 10 days unclaimed articles will be donated to charity.
Damage/Loss/Disturbance Policy: The unit is individually owned and decorated. Please do not remove any furnishings, equipments or items from the unit, including any linen, dishes or other items from the unit. Guest will be solely liable for any additional costs, charges or expenses resulting from any damage, lost or stolen items or excessive check-out cleaning. Neither Manager nor the owner of the unit will be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
Manager will use its best efforts to ensure that all equipment within the unit is in good working order, although neither Manager nor Owner guarantees that any equipment will not break down during your stay, and therefore such a breakdown does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustments will be made for any such mechanical failure. In the event of a breakdown, Manager will use its best efforts to remedy the situation as soon as possible after notification of the breakdown. Guest understands that there is no guarantee that properties adjacent to the unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors, and any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
No Smoking: The Michigan legislature enacted State Law 188, of 2009, which prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public. Violations will result in fines. All Veterans Park Hotel units are subject to this new law. NO SMOKING INSIDE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A RESTORATION FEE AND ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.
Note: We will make every effort to reserve the unit that you have selected; however we reserve the right to move you to a similar unit should your selected unit become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
